All content and materials available on www.panafricancouncil.org, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of PAC, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by PAC.

Registration Information and Security

If you signed up for any of PAC’s features that require you to provide personal information, you agree to maintain and update, true, accurate and current information about yourself. If you have reasons to believe that your account is no longer secure, it is your responsibility to let us know immediately.

We explicitly disclaim liability for any and all losses and damages arising from your failure to comply with this section.

You agree not to violate or attempt to violate the security of www.panafricancouncil.org. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Indemnification

• apply for a fellowship, ambassadorship, employment or as a volunteer,
• subscribe to one of PAC’s newsletters or press list,
• register to attend a PAC event, or
• make an online donation to PAC.

Some of this Personal Information is collected by our service providers and then shared with us, such as when you submit an online employment application or make an online donation to PAC.

Your Personal Information is stored on our in-house servers and on cloud-based servers hosted by our vendors. We employ industry-standard security measures designed to protect the security of all information submitted. We update and test our security technology on an ongoing basis. When stored, passwords are encrypted and are not recoverable. We use SSL when we transmit Personal Information, and such information is encrypted in transit.
