The Cross River State Carnival Commission formally invited the Pan-African Council to participate in the 2018 International Carnival Calabar and Festivals.

It is with great enthusiasm and honour that the Pan-African Council accepts the gracious invitation from His Excellency, Senator. (Prof) Ben Ayade. to the 2018 International Carnival Calabar & Festivals.

As a leading professional leadership organization focused Diaspora empowerment, the Council is dedicated to fostering closer cooperation and solidarity among Africans and people of African descent throughout the world by advancing resilient political, economic, social and cultural development.

In support of this year’s theme of “Africanism”, PAC is pleased to bring our team consisting of our media producer and the award-winning Afro-Colombian dance ensemble “Pioneers of Rhythm”, who are both the current and past global champions in the category of salsa dancing.
