Mr Anthony’s career includes diverse roles in business development and international trade for Fortune 500 firms, high-level political advisory and strategic counsel to national governments and investment promotion agencies, as well as catalysing public and private sector investment for sustainable socioeconomic development.

Mr Anthony is currently the Chief Investment Officer at Africa Equity Group, an investment firm that empowers African enterprises by providing strategic capital, technical assistance, and access to business ecosystems. He previously co-founded AFAR Ventures and AFRO.TV, a leading data, media, and creative agency featured in Forbes Brasil and Exame Magazine. AFAR specializes in trends and insights across emerging diversity markets and serves domestic and international brands such as PEPSICO, Netflix, Sony, Disney, and AFROPUNK, among others.

As an advocate of education and creating new economic opportunities, Mr Anthony also engages as a community development practitioner, working to develop the self-confidence, capabilities and entrepreneurial skills of youth across the Africa and regions of the Diaspora.

Mr Anthony holds a distinguished degree in the field of Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration with advanced studies in International Development and Globalisation. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Creole and conversational in Russian.

Ayesha Wharton previously served as Director of Consular Affairs and Chargé d’Affaires at the Embassy of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in China.
She has also worked to promote Pan-African ideals and showcasing the culture of the Caribbean community throughout her career.

Through her involvement in organizations such as the Soweto Marimba Youth League (SMYLe) in South Africa and the mentorship of Black women throughout the Diaspora, Ayesha Wharton has demonstrated her commitment identifying, empowering and fostering leadership among women.

Norbert Haguma is a Rwandan national and entrepreneur based in Kigali. He has accumulated 10+ years’ experience in strategic South-South and Africa-China cooperation, working with prestigious institutions such as China Development Bank, EXIM Bank and a number of national governments and Chambers of Commerce.

As Rwanda Country Manager for SPENN and Rwanda Regional Ambassador for the Global Blockchain Business Council, Mr Haguma has been leading the conversation around blockchain development throughout Africa.

He concurrently heads AfricaGen, an organization that seeks to galvanize 1 million young Africans into formulating and implementing plans of action that align with the hopes and aspirations of the African people.

Previously, he co-founded YAPS (Young African Professionals and Students) the largest pan-African association in Asia; co-founded Vingu – a desktop virtualization company, and co-founder and CEO of Kiziga.com – a tech company specializing in education and technology transfer. He also served as the representative of African Leadership Network in China. Mr Haguma speaks six languages including Kinyarwanda, Swahili, Mandarin, French, and English.

Working MSLM DONS, Brandon pushes peace with through the perfection of Islam and providing black men with a brotherhood that represents being honorable, disciplined and prayerful. Using, clothing and lifestyle as a conduit into the lives of many black youth in inner cities that would otherwise cast them to the wayside. Steven Pierre Carless, also known as “Steve-O”, is an American record executive, talent manager, tech advisor, philanthropist and entrepreneur. He is best known for working with Beyonce, Polo G and Nipsey Hussle. In 2020, the duo received two Grammy Awards for the songs “Racks in the Middle” featuring Roddy Ricch and “Higher” with DJ Khaled.

He was previously an A&R executive and Executive Vice President for Republic Records, Senior Vice President of A&R and Artist Relations for Universal Music Group, Vice President of A&R for Def Jam Recordings, co-founder of Marathon Agency, and the founder of the Steven Carless Company. Carless was recognized in Billboard magazine’s 40 Under 40 for 2020, as well as its Hip Hop Players Power List that same year, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

In December 2021, Carless was appointed President of A&R at Warner Records.[7] Also credited as Head of A&R, Associated Labels and Black Music. In 2023 Carless founded and launched Defiant Records in partnership with Warner Records.

Carless has had a prolific career in the music industry, managing artists like Jeezy, YG, Dave East, Polo G, SAFE, Jadakiss, and Nipsey Hussle, while also holding roles such as intern at Star Trak Entertainment, lifestyle and mixshow promotions at Island Def Jam, and President of Jeezy’s CTE World label from 2012 to 2014. He collaborated with Nipsey Hussle starting in 2012, co-writing the controversial track “FDT” with YG and Hussle in 2016, and served as management and executive producer for Hussle’s Grammy-nominated album Victory Lap in 2018. Carless also co-A&R’d Beyoncé’s The Lion King: The Gift (2019), which won an NAACP Image Award, and contributed to projects like Polo G’s The Goat (2020), a Megan Thee Stallion “Savage” remix with Beyoncé, and Judas and the Black Messiah: The Inspired Album (2021). Beyond music, he co-founded the Republic Records Action Committee (R2AC) to drive social change in the industry, serves as Secretary of The Black Executive Excellence Association, and is part of Universal Music Group’s Task Force for Meaningful Change. In 2024, Carless partnered with Vybz Kartel through his Defiant Records label, releasing Kartel’s single “Pretty Girl” after the artist’s prison release.

Dr. Gale T.C. Rigobert is a distinguished academic, policy strategist, and former Minister of Government whose work spans international diplomacy, sustainable development, education transformation, and digital innovation. As Advisor on Caribbean Affairs to the Pan-African Council, Dr. Rigobert brings visionary leadership and deep regional insight to advancing Caribbean-Africa partnerships grounded in mutual respect, solidarity, and South-South cooperation.

She served in the Parliament of Saint Lucia from 2011- 2021, and as Saint Lucia’s Minister for Education, Innovation, Gender Relations, and Sustainable Development 2016-2021. She was the first woman, and perhaps among the youngest to hold the post of Leader of the Opposition. A powerful and well-respected voice for the Global South – especially Small Island Developing States (SIDS) – she has long championed inclusive global frameworks that prioritize climate resilience, gender equity, education reform, and sustainability.

Dr. Rigobert was educated at the University of the West Indies and the University of Cambridge, where she was a Chevening and Sir Patrick Sheehy Scholar. She lectured for over seven years at the Institute of International Relations at UWI, St. Augustine, where she taught and supervised graduate students in international relations, global political economy, and diplomacy. Her academic career also includes a visiting fellowship at the University of Sussex and teaching assignments at Anton de Kom University in Suriname where she trained senior public servants and diplomats.

Between 2022 and 2023, Dr. Gale T. C. Rigobert served as a Visiting Fellow at the Interdisciplinary Global Development Centre (IGDC) at the University of York, United Kingdom, where she also sits on the External Advisory Board. Her work focused on sustainable development, education policy, and South–South cooperation, particularly in the context of SIDS.

From October 2023 to June 2025, Dr. Rigobert served as Dean of Academics at the University of St. Martin, leading transformative reforms in curriculum innovation, academic partnerships, and institutional strengthening. Her tenure emphasized the development of quality assurance frameworks, alignment with international standards, and the promotion of academic excellence.

She is currently the CEO and Principal Consultant of Propel Ltd., a boutique consultancy advising governments and global agencies – including UNESCO, and UNICEF – on education transformation, AI governance, and policy innovation across the Caribbean.

With a background in Economics and Social Work (B.A. in Economics & Sociology, M.S.W.), she applies a holistic, systems-based approach to community wellbeing and transformative change.

An experienced liaison and project manager, Sheke has led cross-sector collaborations that bridge local action with global impact. She contributes to multiple think tanks, working with thought leaders to develop policies that empower African diaspora communities and promote inclusive development. Her leadership in project design, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery has been instrumental in advancing equitable, culturally responsive services.

Sheke is also the founder of Sunstone Wellness, a mental health and wellbeing practice rooted in trauma-informed and culturally safe approaches. Through Qscape Africa, she champions creative empowerment for African communities worldwide, curating stories, events, and experiences that center identity, innovation, and resilience.

Abdihakim Othman has over 15 years of experience working in the private and development sector with a vast understanding of the project management cycle.

Currently, Mr Othman supports and manages TVET program teams, leading the process of assessing local community collaboration and identifying new partners, by designing and developing community-related livelihood activities with Shaqodoon Organization in Somali/Somaliland and Kenya.

In the past, he worked with an investment company in Dubai, where he developed sales and marketing strategies that ensure business growth within the financial services sector. Abdihakim is also the Business Development/Partnership Director for Caafisom and is responsible for the growth of Caafisom by bringing new processes and strategies that ensure business growth. Abdihakim is also the Co-Founder of Geezi Trading and Franksom, a company that exports Somaliland/Puntland natural resins to European markets. Recognized as one of the Global Top 100 Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) under 40 in politics and governance, Dr. Chevy Eugene is an Assistant Professor of Black Political Thought at Dalhousie University, Canada and the co-lead for PAC’s AfriCaribbean Research Coalition (ARC). ARC’s main objective is to study and inform bilateral agreements between Africa and the Caribbean using a decolonial framework. Moreover, Dr. Eugene’s research takes up the historical struggles for reparations by conceptualizing it as a liberation praxis for enslavement, colonialism, and neocolonialism in new worldmaking.

Sheran “Sharon” Palacio, Ms P or Shar-P is a Belmopan pioneer having lived here since the age of thirteen in the 70s. Her early introduction into the political arena is quite colourful and goes back to the 2003 when she first served as a PUP City Councilor in Belmopan. However, this does not mean that her political history is only marked by wins and not losses. In 2006 she lost the position of City Councilor in a PUP Convention. Still this did not deter her, and Sharon Palacio continued to work for the benefit of her party and the people of Belmopan.

Miss Palacio holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the Universidad Central de Villas in Cuba. Sharon’s passion is farming and specializes in producing soursop and coconut. She has served for 18 faithful years as Director of Student Services at the University of Belize where she was able to increase her global connections and help numerous students. Miss Palacio is well known for her role in the fight against Diabetes and for successfully operating a home-based business from 2004 to the current date called Youth for World Peace (YWP) homestay Network which provides business support unities to many fellow Belmopanese. She has been titled “Champion of the Americas” which enables her to recruit groups and provide Belizeans the opportunity to study and working Canada. She is presently appointed as a liaison for the Cross River State Carnival Commission for international groups from the Caribbean and Central America.

Mr. Cabezas is an Afro-Colombian leader with a distinguished career in economic and social empowerment, human rights advocacy, and historical scholarship. He brings a wealth of experience to this role, serving as the National Representative for Black communities and constituents in the Colombian Congress from 2022 to 2026. With over two decades of dedicated service, Mr. Cabezas has been a tireless advocate for the empowerment and rights of Black people within Colombia.

He has served on esteemed bodies such as the high-level advisory commission and the national space for prior consultation of Black, Afro-Colombian, Palenquera, and Raizal communities. He has also led initiatives on inter-culturality, inclusive urban development, and ethno-education, fostering dialogue and collaboration both within Colombia and across borders.

Cha Dorina Hernández - Pan-African Council

Prior to being elected to Colombia’s Congress, Cha Dorina Hernández was a teacher, craftswoman and ethno-educational leader. With over 83,000 votes, she was the first Palenquera (Afro-Colombian ethnic group) woman to reach the House of Representatives.
Since her adolescence, and for more than four decades, Cha Dorina Hernández has fought to preserve the Palenque culture in Colombia. Through her work as an educator and social leader in her community, she was recognised for her work during the Drum Festival and Cultural Expressions of Palenque, and contributed to UNESCO’s declaration of the municipality as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2005.

Cha was one of the original leaders to form the organization Procesos de Comunidades Negras (PCN), a group instrumental in protecting the human and land rights of the Afro-Colombian population.

Leibniz Jirleza “Leiza” is a proud mother, public health practitioner and businesswoman; Born in Quibdo, Colombia from where her and her family was displaced due to violence in region, she became a strong advocate for Black youth’s access to higher education opportunities.

As a tireless fighter to dismantle patterns of poverty faced by Afro-Colombians, in 2005 Leiza started a health company named COLORS which was dedicated to the care and well-being of communities in the municipality of Sabaneta – Antioquia. Subsequently in 2010, she opened a health centre called HIERBABUENA in the city of Medellin that focused on ancestral and traditional Afro-Colombian Medicine. The centre’s headquarters have been moved to her hometown of Quibdo and renamed to MAHANAIM, combining the specialities of health, well-being, and ancestral medicine. Her work supports the physical, moral, social and economical well-being of women who are heads of households, as well as provides a place where Afro-Colombian women and their children can receive psychological and sociological support, as well as skills and preparation for the workforce.

Rogério Siqueira is a politician, broadcaster, journalist, cultural producer and human rights activist. He holds extensive experience in public relations and developing political platforms, having worked both in the cities of Brasilia and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Rogério began his career in radio programming on Band FM Radio in the city of Campos-RJ. At age 21 he quickly ascended to the role of press manager for the Legislative Assembly of the State of Rio de Janeiro (ALERJ), where he stayed for seven years, there he divided his time in managing Public Relations and parliamentary activities. At ALERJ, he divided his time between managing public relations and parliamentary activities, while assisting parliamentarians in large projects such as: the Special Commission for the Legacy of Sports Mega-Events (2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil, 2016 Olympic Games, Military World Games and Paralympic Games), Public Hearing Debate on combating crack/cocaine consumption, Parliamentary Committee on Survey (CPI) of the Rio Mountain Region Tragedy, State Budget Commission, among others.

In 2019 Rogério took office as the Superintendent of Racial Equality in Campos. As Special Represenative of the Pan-African Council to Brazil since that same year, he spearheaded support for the entrepreneurial initiatives of Afro-Brazilians with the aim of empowering communities socioeconomically and generating business for Brazil’s Black population. Rogério has also successfully negotiated a bilateral agreement between the Angolan Government and Brazil’s UENF University in an unprecedented student exchange programme for people of African descent to start in 2020. The programme is currently expanding its reach to Colombian and Caribbean universities.

Secretary of Culture for the City of São Paulo

Aline made history as the first black woman to hold the position of Secretary of Culture for the City of São Paulo. Her outstanding work in this position earned her the Black Race Trophy for the 2022 Virada Cultural do Pertencimento. She also received the Arcanjo Award twice, first in 2021, for her pioneering spirit and significant contribution to the artistic sector, and second in 2022, for her work in decentralizing and diversifying public notices and her involvement in creating and executing the Virada Cultural do Pertencimento.

Aline has extensive experience in cultural management, promotion, production, and organization for over a decade. Her experience was acquired during her tenure with the São Paulo State Department of Culture, where she served as the President of the Technical Commission for the Evaluation of Cultural Projects, Arts Festivals, Circulation of Theater, and Black Culture by PROAC Edicts, as well as the manager of Proac ICMS.

At TV Cultura, the largest public television broadcaster in the country, Aline participated in several initiatives that contributed to the development of significant projects. Among them is “TerraDois,” which was awarded the 2017 APCA Award for Best TV Program. Additionally, she was part of the group responsible for defining and improving the channel’s programming using incentive laws.

Formerly, she served as the Deputy Secretary for Innovation and Technology of the City of São Paulo and was the General Director of the Ruth Cardoso Youth Cultural Center (CCJ), the largest cultural center dedicated to youth in Latin America, located in the periphery.

Priscilla Cadette is from São Paulo and is a lyrical singer, mentor, and manager with more 10 years of experience in the creative economy and industries. Previously, she lived in Manaus for 8 years where she sang at Teatro Amazonas and also lived in Rio de Janeiro for 8 years where she studied cultural production at the Brazilian Conservatory of Music. She is the CEO of Artemis, Pan-African Vision, Founder of Cadette Consulting and Alumni of the first class of Antler Brasil.

Priscilla has coordinated and developed projects and events with large companies and institutions such as Facebook, Netflix, Google, Petrobras, Furnas, Vivo, EDF Forte Fluminense, Parque Lage and Sala Cecília Meireles, Museu AfroBrasil, among others. In addition she mentors young talent from startups in the Brazilian market, entrepreneurs, and innovation business consultants and has extensive experience with institutional relations, and interpersonal relationships. Her expertise is in implementing and managing projects and fundraising.

Priscilla is dedicated to conducting business with purpose, believes in achieving economic development through education, and contributes to the development of skills and empowerment in the Afro-descendant community. She intends to continue this work and seek sustainable growth methods to reduce inequality, and scarcity in Brazil and the diaspora and create more opportunities for upcoming generations. Her greatest inspiration is the women in her family who have always reminded her of the importance of affection, generosity, and female empowerment.

Rodrigo Eduardo Faustino is a proud father, production technologist (graduate of the College of Technology of the State of São Paulo) and post-graduate in business logistics (University of São Paulo).

He is the Founding Partner of Ebony English, the first English school in Latin America to leverage African/Black Culture in its educational approach to empower students to connect with the world. Since 2019, Rodrigo has been serving as Council Special Representative for Brazil and has developed the the PAC Brazil Office and overall country strategy.

Rodrigo has played a key role in supporting PAC cooperation in Colombia, Brazil, Rwanda, Barbados and other countries with a focus on education empowerment, youth, entrepreneurship, business and international relations.

In addition, Glauce has developed initiatives to secure the human rights of activists and migrants, with a special focus on the areas of health, education, housing, finance and culture for Afro-diasporic and indigenous peoples, people with disabilities, other diverse communities.

At the moment she’s is completing a postgraduate degree in project management, social studies in the field of psychopedagogy.
